QOS Staff provided Quality Oversight Services for Nippon Sharyo's Chicago Metra Highliner 24 Gallery car Project at Super Steel Manufacturing in Milwaukee WI.

Services included but were not limited to: Conducting all in-process hold point inspections from bare shells delivered from Japan to delivery of cars to Metra; water testing; insulation, and concealed inspections; under floor inspections; interior inspections; exterior inspections; and pre shipment inspections.

QOS Staff played a critical role in providing Bombardier Manufacturing Facility in Plattsburgh, NY with quality oversight for the New York City Transit R142 Project.

QOS Staff were responsible for conducting in-process hold point inspections to include; water testing, and concealed inspections, under floor inspections, interior inspections, exterior inspections, and pre shipment inspections.

QOS Staff provided Quality Oversight Servives for the Long Island Railroad M-7 Railcar Project.

Staff performed M-7 testing program, static, dynamic and final power up pre-shipment. The M-7 Railcars built by Bombardier, received final, and in-process inspections throughout assembly process.
